Terms & Conditions

This offer is valid for one 2-night stay at Paina Lodge, Matarangi.

  1. Accommodation is for up to 8 guests, subject to existing room configuration (3 doubles, 1 twin).

  2. Subject to availability. Bookings must be made in advance and are not guaranteed during peak periods, long weekends, public holidays, or special event weekends.

  3. Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of the auction date. Extensions are not guaranteed.

  4. Golf fees at The Dunes are not included and must be booked and paid directly with the golf course.

  5. The Paina Lodge golf cart is provided strictly for golf-related use only and must be driven responsibly and with care at all times.

  6. A refundable bond of $1,325 will be required 7 days prior to arrival. Refunds are within 24hrs after one of the Paina Lodge team conducts an inspection and inventory check post your stay.

  7. Guests will be required to review and sign Paina Lodge’s standard rental agreement before their stay. Click here to view.
